Star Wars Nite is an after-hours event at Disneyland Park that requires a special event ticket. This Star Wars themed party traditionally runs from 9pm to 1am on select nights during the spring, and guests are able to enter the park with event tickets beginning at 6pm. The event includes special entertainment, photo opportunities, characters and menu items all in celebration of the Star Wars franchise. Guests are encouraged to wear Star Wars costumes and join in a cavalcade. Some attractions, including those in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, are open and may have short waits for the event.
Thank you for reading this quick glossary entry on Star Wars Nite. If you are interested in experiencing Star Wars at Disneyland Resort, you should know that many Star Wars offerings are also available outside these special ticketed Star Wars Nites.
First and foremost, there is a Star Wars land in Disneyland Park called Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. It is intricately themed from its eateries to its bathrooms. You can enjoy being immersed in a galaxy far, far away by spotting some characters, having a drink at the cantina and then riding two e-ticket attractions: Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. This incredible land also now has nighttime entertainment on select nights.
Outside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, you can ride Star Tours – The Adventure Continues in Disneyland Park’s Tomorrowland. This is the original Star Wars ride at Disneyland! Plus, in Downtown Disney District, you do not even need a ticket to check-out the Star Wars Trading Post store.
