One quick way to estimate the hours is to open the description for a Mickey’s Toontown attraction in the Disneyland app. The description should show the ride’s operating hours, and you might notice two different time periods. For example, Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin is showing operating hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm and again from 10:15pm to 11:00pm on the day I am writing this. This can give you an idea for when the whole land will close, but keep in mind that parts of the land might close at different times.

Prior to the 2023 refurbishment, the land would often not reopen after the closure and it would also open later than the rest of the park. Since the 2023 reopening, Mickey’s Toontown has operating hours closer to those of the park as a whole, but it does still close during nighttime entertainment. On evenings when nighttime entertianment is close to park closing time, it may not reopen.
