The Disneyland app provides the opportunity to offer feedback on a cast member who impressed you with their service. If you visit the menu in the Disneyland app and scroll down to the “Help & Feedback” section, you can find a selection called “Cast Compliments.” Clicking here will pull-up a form to collect information about your interaction. Note that taking notice of the information on the cast member’s name tag, their name and hometown, as well as the specific location of your interaction, will more easily allow Disney to associate your compliment with a specific cast member.
