A Magic Band+ is a Bluetooth enabled wristband available for guest purchase. Once properly paired to admission tickets or a Magic Key, a Magic Band+ can be used in place of a smartphone or physical tickets at the entrances to Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park or at Lightning Lane entrances. Proximity to various elements in the parks causes the Magic Band+ to glow or vibrate. In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Egde, the MagicBand+ uses these lights and vibrations to guide users through the Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters game. A Magic Band+ is not required for entry to the parks.
