Power Banks / Portable Chargers / Backup Batteries for Disneyland

From Why Use a Power Bank in Disneyland

Our favorite tiny portable charger with the integrated USB-C plug and with the integrated lighting connector.

For a larger battery and more powerful battery with an integrated cable check-out this one. We also use and like an older model of this one.

For a good value on FuelRods which can be exchanged for fully charged rods at in-park kiosks, go here.

Doing Laundry at Disneyland

From our post We Do Laundry At Disneyland, Here’s How We Make it Easy

Laundry Bag for Disneyland

Our favorite laundry bag in a value pack with a packing cube and ouch we also use. This looks like the same laundry bag without the two extra bags, in case that is what you prefer.

Laundry Soap for Disneyland

Travel packs of our favorite no-rinse laundry soap for hand washing items in a hotel sink.

We bring pods like these for doing laundry in the guest laundry rooms at our Disneyland Resort Hotel. We keep our kids safe by storing them in a locking medical bag like this

Shirts, Shorts and Base Layers to Wear at Disneyland

From our post What to Wear to Disneyland: Part I, Base Layers

Shirts

Nicely priced moisture wicking tees with performance fabric in an athletic t-shirt.

Sleeveless “muscle shirt” in performance fabric.

Shorts

An economical choice for dry-fit shorts.

Cute and functional board shorts in fun prints

Pants

We like hiking pants like these or like these .

We also wear leggings similar to these under an athletic dress like this.

Cold Weather Clothing for Staying Warm at Disneyland

From our posts: What to Wear to Disneyland: Part 2, Cold or Wet Weather and How to Stay Warm in the Winter at Disneyland

Down Jackets

For winter days at Disneyland, we like down a down jacket with reflective lining like this for this.

If you prefer synthetic down rather than natural, here is a jacket with reflective lining or there is this one.

We also recommended a down jacket with reflective lining for kids.

Waterproof Jackets

For wet days, we recommended waterproof jackets for adults here and here, or a pocket size poncho like this one.

We also shared a waterproof jacket for kids.

For extra rain protection, you can always bring rain pants like these or these. Here are some for kids.

Down Vests

We like down vests like this one or this one for pairing with a rain coat or wind breaking jacket.

Knit Hats

A good hat is one of the best ways to stay warm at Disneyland. You could bring one like this one or this one.

Grab some for your kids like this and this.

We prefer choosing bright colors to make our family members easy to spot.

Gloves & Other Cold Weather Gear

We do not typically bring gloves to Disneyland, but if you want to, we recommend “liner,” “running,” or “driving gloves” like these.

Wool tights or socks provide extra warmth for a Disneyland Holiday Time visit.

Shoes

From our post What to Wear to Disneyland: Part 3, Shoes

Sandals

For summer visits, we make sure our sandals have closed toes. We buy this Keen sandal for our kids every summer.

Keen makes an adult version here, but we also like this classic model for more cushioning.

Shoes

We like these sneakers from Keen for kids.

Our favorite kids sneakers are from Pediped including these and these.

We like Olukai slip-on sneakers for Disneyland Resort (and everywhere else), because they are cute with skirts and dresses but provide support through a day in the parks. Here is another slightly different look in a similar shoe we like.

Adding Extra Disney Fun to Practical Clothing

From our posts How To (Comfortably) Dress Like a Princess in Disneyland and What to Wear to Disneyland: Part I, Base Layers

Cricut Machines and Accessories

To embellish our practical clothing with some Disney-themed fun, we use an “entry-level” Cricut cutting machine like the Cricut Joy or our favorite versatile Cricut Maker 3.

We use this heat press for joining iron-on vinyl to clothing and fabric tiaras, and the upgraded version of it is here

Here are some Cricut materials we have used for DIY creations bringing a “better than basic” Disneyland aesthetic to our functional outfits:

Tie-Dye Fun!

To hide stains or make our clothing bright and fun for Disneyland, we use 100% cotton with Tulip One-Step Tie Dye kits. It is a fun group activity that results in cute clothes!

Extra Sparkle

This kind of nail polish for kids.

Sparkly sunglasses we have used and liked.
