planDisney (formerly known as the Disney Moms Panel) is a place on the Disney website for guests to ask questions about the Disney Parks, Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club. The panel members are Disney guests who are chosen during an annual application process. The idea behind this panel is that it should feel like asking an extremely knowledgeable friend or neighbor for advice: the panelists are “independent contractors” and not employees of Disney. Panel members receive compensation in the form of Disney vacations including things like park tickets or hotel stays.
